PN-CT50KCF-PC full-box compressive testing machine is a full-box compressive testing machine with computer software, with the national standard included in the parameter testing, display function, the test process real-time display force value, and the measured data can be compared with the column chart and graph. According to various conditions for data query, graph comparison, report output and other functions, easy to operate.
The testing machine is driven by high precision servo motor, which can realize high speed and high precision positioning control. Return speed up to 250mm/min, positioning accuracy up to 1mm; In the force value detection, four high-precision force value sensors and high-speed and high-precision AD converter are used with a unique sampling algorithm to ensure the real-time sampling and accuracy, and improve the measurement accuracy of the testing machine. The structure adopts double screw four-guide column type, which is mainly composed of four parts: driving device, transmission device, force application device and protection device.
There are three test modes: compressive test, constant value test and stacking test.
1) Compressive test:
Measure the ultimate compressive strength and deformation of the box.
2) Fixed value test:
Measure whether the box can reach the set fixed force value and deformation requirements.
3) Stacking test:
Simulate the status of warehouse stacking and test the stacking performance of the box.
How it works:
Place the test sample between the pressure plates of the testing machine and select one of the following methods:
a) In the case of compressive tests, pressure is applied until the test sample is damaged or reaches a predetermined load and displacement value;
b) In the case of stacking tests, a predetermined load is applied until the test sample is damaged or continues for a predetermined time.
